I have been shopping locally here for my furniture needs for 7 years. I have always been greeted by an exceptional team who are friendly and knowledgeable selling great products for reasonable price and incredible service. Today I came in with a unique need and again the service was above and beyond exceptional. The team provides incredible customer service. Nice wide variety of items and no need to elsewhere for your furniture needs. I will be back. And thank you!!

We were so happy with our experience at furniture plus. The sales staff were amazing in helping us find a sectional sofa that would work for us. The delivery men were outstanding. They took their time to figure out which way the sectional would come in the door best and set it up. They answered all our questions and were so professional and accommodating. I would recommend furniture plus to any one looking for furniture!

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing a couch that was kid and pet friendly. Julie was thoughtful, kind, and personable! She helped us find the perfect custom built couch to fit our needs. Our couch is being made in America which is a huge plus! I bought a handsome bedroom set from Furniture Plus two years ago, so I knew this was the place in Hudson, NY to go for my outdoor furniture. Julie was amazing and incredibly helpful. I felt very comfortable and confident that I was buying high quality furniture at an affordable price. I can't wait for the furniture to be delivered. I recommend Furniture Plus to all shoppers. Most pleasant shopping experience of all times!!!! This is definitely not my first couch, but absolutely the first time I had this kind of coaching on what would be the best furniture for me and my living space! Ann was the best sales person I’ve dealt with yet! She listened to what we liked and showed us the best of everything for our budget etc. We had to custom order for our space and colors and today upon delivery, I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase! So happy in fact, we’re stretched our budget and ordered an entertainment center as well which is on special order! Thank you furniture plus and to the owner, Matt who made it all run perfectly smooth for us!!!!

Best customer service ever. I am a wanderer and a thinker - I like to consider every piece and see if it might be a fit for me. I have always been allowed to walk through the store, undisturbed, so I can choose what is right for me. When i am ready with questions, they are ready with answers. The furniture is excellent quality and the prices are very reasonable. The delivery team is always kind and never leaves a mess for me to clean. They set everything up just the way I want. This is my favorite furniture store.

We have purchased a sectional and a king size mattress from this store and are extremely pleased with the quality of the products and their customer service! The delivery service is especially helpful and they work efficiently. Julie was absolutely phenomenal and kind during our mattress search, offering very helpful information to ensure we were choosing the exact item we were looking for.
